Progressive Invisible Bifocals

Progressive invisible bifocals are not for everyone. It is our job to help you decide which lens, visible or invisible, would be best for your; to make sure the lenses will work in the selected frame and are measured properly.

  • No unsightly line.
  • Gradual change in power from top to bottom results in no image jump.
  • Gives vision at all distances as your need for close up power increases.

Thin Lightweight Lenses

These lenses are divided into two basic categories, polycarbonate and high index. Polycarbonate has the highest impact resistance, but its visual quality isn't as good as high index which offers the best overall performance.
Lighter lenses mean less overall eyewear weight and are also thinner so they are more cosmetically appealing.

  • More cosmetically appealing.
  • Less weight means less eyeglass awareness.
  • Less sliding sown the nose.

Aspheric Lenses

With aspheric eyeglass lenses, thin is in. Advanced optical design technology allows aspheric eyeglass lenses to be made with flatter curves than conventional lenses, giving them a slimmer, more attractive profile. Aspheric lenses are designed to guide light rays through the lens so that they all focus together on the retina, and this design results in flatter lenses. In lower-power lenses, such as +1.00, the benefit is apparent in a flatter, less bulgy convex lens. In higher-power lenses, such at +4.00, the flatter profile is all the more evident. And most important of all the reasons to recommend aspheric lenses is the superior optics. The front curves of the aspheric lens are made so that the power remains consistent throughout the lens and as the eye moves away from the optical center, acuity remains sharp.

Flexible Titanium Frames

Titanium is considered one of the best frame materials because it's anti corrosive, strong, and lightweight, thus it is flexible and results in a frame with great livability.

  • Flexible with wonderful memory.
  • No mechanical springs to jam or fail.
  • Very corrosive resistant.
  • Much lighter in weight than a regular frame.

Photochromatic Lenses/Transition Lenses

Photochromic lenses are those that darken opon exposure to ultraviolet (UV) radiation. Once the UV is removed (for example by walking indoors), the lenses will gradually return to their clear state. Photochromic lenses may be made of glass, polycarbonate, or another plastic.

Transitions lenses, the technology used for the most popular brands of photochromatic lenses, is owned by Transitions Optical, Inc., and are the predominant photochromic lenses sold today. These lenses are available in nearly every lightweight lens material and lens design, including bifocals and progressive lenses. The variable tint in Transitions photochromic lenses is available in gray and brown shades.

Bifocal Contact Lenses

Bifocal contact lenses are not for everyone, but if your prescription and eye physiology fall within the guidelines for this lens, it's great. All the advantages of disposable contacts combined with the ability to see distance and near. Terrific technology!

  • Comfortable.
  • Easy maintenance.
  • Works surprisingly well.

Polarized Lenses & Sunglasses

Polarized sunglass lenses eliminate light in the horizontal plane wiping glare away. A non-polarizing sunglass only dampens glare. Savon Vision offers a wide range of both with lens colors to satisfy different applications.

  • Glare eliminator.
  • Great in sun or water.
  • Contrast enhancer.
